Water Decorative Pillow

Inspired by vintage bags from the region on the edge of the Thar Desert, we redrew the embroidery making it into thick lines to imitate the heavy threads of the embroidery. We turned up the colors, then why not throw in some cowries shells on the edges.

Each cotton linen pillow is printed using the same traditional Indian blockprinting techniques that have been used for thousands of years. Detailed blocks are chiseled out of shesham wood, then dipped in a dye pad before being stamped onto the fabric. After printing, the fabrics are washed, pressed, sewn & embellished with hand stitched details and edging.

NOTE: pillow covers do not include inserts. You may order the insert as an option.

WASHCARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash cold separately, delicate cycle, dry in shade, iron at medium setting. Do not bleach.
